ENERGIZING SUNRISE SMOOTHIE

Servings: 2

Calories per Serving: Approximately 200 calories

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey (adjust to taste)
