We identify what areas of your life you ARE able to control such as your thoughts, self-talk, reactions, etc, and what kinds of things are out of your control, such as genetics, other’s beliefs, society, etc.
WEEK TWO: Balance
In this module, you’ll identify voids or things that are place-fillers for happiness in your life. You’ll learn how to live a balanced life, because it’s not all or nothing.
WEEK THREE: Trusting the Journey
During this 12-week process, some of what you’ll be learning will make sense to you. Other pieces may not make sense until after the process is complete and you begin to see the changes that come.
WEEK FOUR: Journaling and Introspection
This module helps create clarity in your life. Journaling is a powerful tool used in personal growth, putting thoughts, actions, and feelings on paper can create an effective way to sort through them with a less emotionally attached approach.
WEEK FIVE: Finding Guidance
This module reviews the importance of social support for maintaining good physical and mental health.
WEEK SIX: Emotions
Understanding our feelings can be the first step toward transforming negative thoughts into positive feelings. This module helps you understand and balance your emotions, letting go of limiting beliefs and old patterns.
WEEK SEVEN: Letting Go/Character Traits
Here we help you to identify and let go of baggage that isn’t serving you. Letting go can be difficult and change is uncomfortable, but we’ll be there with you every step of the way in the Self-Care Check-In Facebook group and via email.
WEEK EIGHT: Taking Responsibility
Taking responsibility in all areas of our lives helps us to decrease stress and anxiety while clearing the way for your own growth. This module will help you take actions that will make you stronger, more confident and able to let go of any guilt or shame.
WEEK NINE: Goals and Sleep
Goals are a fundamental part of succeeding. Here we help you set the foundation for a life that is exciting. In this module, we go through steps to create personal goals, relationship goals, spiritual goals, health goals and much more. We also educate on the importance of sleep in personal growth and how to create better sleep habits.
WEEK TEN: Maintenance
The best way to ensure success is to create a structured daily routine. In this module, we review how to use what we’ve learned to create long-term habits to continue personal growth and development.
WEEK ELEVEN: Connection/Meditation
In today’s fast-paced world, it is easy to forget that we need to be present in our lives and be open to inspiration. Prayer and/or meditation are both important to practice regardless of your beliefs. Here we discover how to these practices into your daily routine.
WEEK TWELVE: Being Of Service
Being of service helps others, but also brings happiness and fulfillment into our own lives. We review ways you can be of service to others in your own community.
